Procedure
Conference registration and reservation of accommodation in
the conference hotel are handled by the Conference
Secretariat at Jyväskylä Congresses. The
preferred method is via internet. Alternatively, you can
contact the Conference Secretariat using the information
given at the bottom of this page.
Guidelines
Please read the following guidelines before registering.
- Carefully read the instructions on the registration web site.
- There are only 3 options for accommodation at the conference hotel: full duration of ENAM2001 (2-8 July), 1 night, 2 nights. If your arrival and departure dates are not compatible with your option, the price quoted at the end of the registration procedure will be wrong!
- For any questions concerning the registration, contact Jyväskylä Congresses directly.
Please refer to the instructions for payment given on the registration form and note the terms of cancellation. For cancellations received before May 31st, a refund less charges of 80 Euro will be made. No refund can be made after this date. Accommodation in the conference hotel can only be guaranteed if the reservation is made not later than April 15th.
